edd is a modern-day mystic - being one who practices Mysticism.   Mysticism; from the Greek μυστικός, mystikos, meaning 'an initiate') is the knowledge of, and especially the personal experience of, states of consciousness, or levels of being, or aspects of reality, beyond normal human perception, sometimes including experience of and even communion with a supreme being.

Biography

In today's turbulent world economy, there is tremendous pressure for individuals to operate with increased speed and flexibility. Meeting this fast future requires the creation of new solutions, not average, but remarkable solutions.  The idea behind this is if you are average, you will fail.  So, being remarkable is the only answer.  edd believes that remarkable business encourages people to:

With experience in sales, marketing and facilitation, edd - brings a background of compassionate understanding of business organizations from the family-owned to the multi-national.

edd’s experience is backed by numerous degrees. His most recent is a behavioral science degree in Business and Organizational Leadership, with key instruction in Learning to Learn, Family of Origin, Organizational Dynamics, Action Research, and Transformation and Loss.

edd's vast experience in interaction with customers and cross-functional teams provides the foundation for understanding technology and being able to communicate in a practical and applications focused manner.  edd focuses on results, innovation, and customer service.

edd is passionate in supporting a diverse work environment.  To demonstrate his commitment, he sponsored the US WEST Informational Diversity Network, served as director of Kashin-Tei Kai, a Japanese tea ceremony organization, was a member of the Seattle Black Theater Project board of directors, and volunteered for the Black United Fund of Oregon.

edd finds great joy in learning and becoming more of who he is as part of global transformation. edd believes in aligning converging conversations to support a clear focus and remarkable results. edd is committed to seeing business succeed.  He enjoys being on the edge, living in process while being open and vulnerable.
